Matt was our wedding DJ back in June but he contributed so much more to the event! Matt showed up right on time (early in fact) and came fully prepared with all the equipment and lighting for the tent to ensure the day ran smoothly. From start to finish, he made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. We had an amazing experience with The Whidbey Island DJ Collective and DJ Matt Bell. Prior to the wedding weekend, we walked the entire property together to discuss placement, flow and sound logistics since we had the ceremony and the toasts/dancing in two separate locations - both of which he covered seemlessly on the day of our wedding. Matt asked all the questions we hadn’t thought of yet ourselves :) even volunteering additional equipment to make logistics easier for the jazz band we hired. He took the time to build a thoughtful playlist that perfectly matched our preferred music styles and wove in song requests from our guests. The energy was fantastic, and the dance floor was always packed from moment we opened up the floor. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to keep the party going and make our special day even more memorable. We highly recommend you hire Matt and his team for your next event!

DJ Matt Bell was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, he was very straightforward and so incredibly sweet. We loved that they were a husband-wife team - it made us feel like we were in good hands. On the day of the wedding, they came fully equipped with all the gear and didn't require any involvement from us, which was a huge relief since the day was so crazy and hectic. They really honed in on what the crowd was enjoying and even played some Czech music at my request, which got everyone dancing, even people who didn't know the tunes. The music and energy they brought made our special day that much more memorable. We are so grateful for their professionalism and for helping make our wedding truly amazing!
